Rebecca Malowany is the Team Leader of the Malowany Group, Tampa Bay's leading record-breaking real estate sales team!
Rebecca earned her Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University and her Master’s Degree from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. Rebecca has lived and worked in many cities across the United States and Europe.
Rebecca specializes in the sale of luxury homes, waterfront property, historic estates, land development, and investment property. Rebecca also is experienced in representing the interests of international buyers looking for investment opportunities in the United States. Rebecca has represented the real estate interests of CEO’s, professional athletes, notable musicians, television personalities, and others from around the globe.
Rebecca is a widely recognized community leader and member of a multitude of charitable organizations in St.Petersburg. These include:

She also is an active member with the St. Petersburg Yacht Club and Vinoy Golf and Country Club.
Rebecca resides in Snell Isle with her husband and business partner, Frank. Rebecca says that she loves living in Snell Isle because” it is a beautiful and relaxed suburban community within walking distance of Downtown St. Petersburg.”
